WATCH IT. UNDERSTAND IT. THEN PRACTISE IT.
Parking, made visible.
Real turning geometry. Useful observation points. Room to stop and reset.
Start beside your parking row. The full aisle is available for manoeuvring.
Measurements & sources
Toggle a layer to reveal the relationship—not just the finished path.
Nearest model boundary
The nose and rear need different space.
Stopped: an opportunity to observe before the next movement.
Sight lines ignore eye height, glazing and mirrors. The door arcs are illustrative. Neither overlay certifies real visibility or clearance.Illustrative geometry, not an RTA scoring simulator. Clearances are model estimates, not instructions for a real vehicle. Use an instructor, continuous observation and local signs.
Take the controls.
Try small steering changes at walking pace. The model stops before a detected obstacle. This is exploration, not a test.
TAKE THIS INTO YOUR LESSON
Practical, not a magic formula.
Check the measurements first. The default uses 2.5 m × 5.5 m bays and a 6 m aisle as a reference; enter the dimensions of your actual garage.
Check the cars on both sides of the bay and the row opposite. Follow the whole body through the turn, especially the swinging nose.
Stop completely and look again before each change between reverse and forward. A correction is a new movement.
Compare the closer and farther starting lanes from either end. A search that finds no checked route does not establish that parking is impossible.
Reference vehicle dimensions and estimated mirror space are listed separately. The model has not been validated by driving your actual car through this garage.
